Deja vu is that strange and almost inexplicable feeling when it seems that we have experienced a certain situation or event before, even though we logically know that this is not possible. It is as if we are caught in a momentary "time loop" or our memory is playing a little game with us.

When we hear the term "deja vu", many people associate it with a familiar feeling when at a certain moment they feel that they have already experienced it. This feeling fascinates many or even terrifies them and questions some fundamental questions about our lives and our existence. I have always been interested in whether there is some deeper meaning to this feeling and whether it can be related to our past lives. Or whether it can be attributed to more than it actually is.

When I experience déjà vu, I feel a sense of mystery and mysticism, and to be honest, sometimes a little bit of fear, as to how I can feel that this has already happened to me. My brain is trying to "remember" something that makes it impossible for me to be fully present in the moment. Imagine that we are in a new place, and yet everything seems familiar. Scientists have been studying this phenomenon for a long time and have come up with different theories to understand what is happening in our brains. Some claim that it is a combination of memory and an expanded sense of time, while others interpret it as a flashback of events that happened in the past. The connection between déjà vu and past lives is an exciting topic for many, related to questions of spirituality and reincarnation. When we talk about past lives, many believe that our lives are not just a single cycle, but a series of experiences, where each life contributes to the development of our soul. Is it possible that when we experience déjà vu, we are actually seeing snapshots from a previous life? This question has arisen in many people, and it certainly directs our thinking in an interesting direction.

I remember the first time I experienced déjà vu was when I was a child. I was on vacation with my cousins and we were shoveling corn into bags in the yard. As part of a family that raised livestock, we also did this when we were children and I must admit it was a lot of fun. The feeling came then and I felt like, yaaaah, this has happened to me somewhere before. I was in the present, but it was as if I had relived this event. I had had a few other feelings like this in my life, but they were not as strong and this one stayed with me so strongly. This experience made a deep impression on me. I told my family what I felt, and they said that this was normal, that it happens to everyone. It was only much later, as an adult, that I started to think about whether this moment was really connected to the lives I had ever lived. Perhaps images from a previous life unfold before me, and by returning to this location I can relive those moments.

But where can I relive them? How can I make them happen? Or do they just come naturally? I have had countless questions and still have.

Such experiences raise the question of how much we are aware of the hidden layers of our existence. Perhaps déjà vu is a switch between different dimensions and timelines. As I continue to explore these phenomena, I find myself increasingly immersed in a spiritual quest that offers me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of myself and the nature of my life.

Déjà vu is likely to stem from the way our brains work, and several theories attempt to explain it. One idea is that there may be a time lag between the two parts of our brain (which handle current and long-term memory), so that a new experience may momentarily seem "familiar." Other explanations include sensations from dreams or partial memories.

Overall, the term déjà vu opens an exciting door to self-knowledge and spirituality. This feeling can help us connect with our past lives and explore deeper layers of our being. As we continue our journey, perhaps we can understand that every experience we have had is intertwined with a path that serves the development of our soul.
